Who We Are
Patient Relations is a dedicated group of employees who are passionate about the patient experience and ensuring that patient rights are known and supported. Whether feedback is provided to a staff member, through a post-visit survey, or shared directly with Patient Relations, we use the input to proactively improve care for our patients.
Patient Relations partners with patients, their families, and their care team to seek resolutions and recommend process changes across the organization that optimize the way M Health Fairview serves our patients.
What can we expect?
After you give your thoughts, the Patient Relations team is committed to communicating a plan and timeline for responding to your questions and concerns. You can expect details at each step about what is happening and what will come next.
Once your questions and concerns are reviewed, we will work with you to identify how best to reach a satisfactory resolution.
