We know the negotiation period created uncertainty for patients. We appreciate your patience and are pleased to provide this update confirming that your care with Fairview will continue without disruption.
Fairview Health Services and UnitedHealthcare (UHC) have reached a new commercial contract agreement for 2026-2028. This agreement, combined with our previously completed Medicare Advantage contract, ensures full, uninterrupted, in-network access to M Health Fairview for all UHC members for 2026, including UHC's Medicaid Plan in Wisconsin.
Our goal in these talks was simple: make sure patients can keep getting care they need and to remove extra steps that can slow things down. Reaching this agreement allows us to move ahead with confidence and focus on what matters most — supporting your health.
