Offering Payment Plans to Help Our Patients


At M Health Fairview, we believe that everyone should have access to the very best health care possible. We understand that it’s not always easy to pay for that care. To make it accessible for our patients, we have several types of payment plans available depending on your bill balance and the time frame you would like to pay it back over. There are no fees or interest included in our payment plans.

Eligibility and How to Apply


Qualifications for a payment plan depend on which you would like to use. M Health Fairview offers payment plans in-house for bills greater than $500, with 24 months or less to pay. Our partner PayZen offers payment plans for bills greater than $1000, with up to 60 months to pay. See below for information on each type of plan, and you can always call us if you have questions.

Options in MyChart

To see what options available through M Health Fairview, log in and navigate to our billing summary section. If your bill meets our criteria, an option to set up a payment plan will appear. Your bill must be greater than $500 to use an M Health Fairview payment plan.

Extended Payment Plans

M Health Fairview offers extended payment plans via PayZen. Payzen offers payment plans from 24 – 60 months for bills greater than $1000, with no interest or fees. There is no approval process, just enrollment. Patients who would like to enroll in a PayZen payment plan can do so here.
