At M Health Fairview, we believe that everyone should have access to the very best health care possible. We understand that it’s not always easy to pay for that care. To make it accessible for our patients, we have several types of payment plans available depending on your bill balance and the time frame you would like to pay it back over. There are no fees or interest included in our payment plans.
Qualifications for a payment plan depend on which you would like to use. M Health Fairview offers payment plans in-house for bills greater than $500, with 24 months or less to pay. Our partner PayZen offers payment plans for bills greater than $1000, with up to 60 months to pay. See below for information on each type of plan, and you can always call us if you have questions.
There are a number of ways to sign-up for a MyChart account:
Yes. If your insurance has paid part of the bill but you need help in paying your balance, you can apply for Financial Assistance. First, you should request help from a Minnesota Health Care program. If the county denies you help, we will review the denial. We may be able to help you with one of our Financial Assistance programs.

PayZen is our partner for longer-term, flexible payment plans. It allows longer terms for loans and in many cases, smaller payments. If you have a balance over $1,000 and need a payment plan over the course of 24-60 months, with no interest or fees, PayZen is a good option.
