PayZen’s payment options are personalized to a patient’s ability to pay, with plans up to 60 months. There is no interest or fees associated with the payment plan.
These plans are right for balances above $1000, with length of payment plan between 24-60 months.

Yes, we’ve partnered with PayZen to provide flexible, affordable payment options to our patients. PayZen allows you to set up a customized no interest, $0 fee plan tailored for your ability to pay. This is M Health Fairview’s most affordable payment plan option.
Patients pay exactly what they owe in affordable payments over time. Payment plans have 0% interest and $0 fees. There are no late payment, modification, or overpayment fees.
Patients with combined balances between $1,000 - $100,000 who decline to Pay in Full or need a plan longer than 24 months.
No, there is no hard credit inquiry and no impact to your credit.
You can make payments via checking account, debit card, or your HSA/FSA card. You also have the option to change payment methods in your PayZen Account.
During the enrollment process, you’ll select the best terms that work for you. You can choose from multiple payment plan offers that may range from 24 to 60 months.
The monthly payment will depend on the total bill amount and the term (number of months) you choose. If the options you’re presented will not work for you, you can call PayZen directly at (888) 849-7647 to discuss alternative options.
Yes! If you would like to change your payment plan, simply contact PayZen's support team to modify your plan. You can reach them at support@payzen.com or (888) 849-7647.
You can manage your plans, update payment methods, and make one time payments by logging in at: account.payzen.com
Yes! PayZen will reach out to you when you have eligible bills that can be added to your plan. You can also log into account.payzen.com to manually add new eligible bills. Adding a new bill will extend the length of your plan but your monthly payment amount will not change unless your plan length extends beyond 60 months.
Yes! PayZen prioritizes information and data security; PayZen is SOC2 & HIPAA compliant. PayZen follows strict information security guidelines and practices to make sure that personal and medical information is secure—only guarantors and/or patients can view their medical billing data.
No, PayZen does not sell or give your data out to any third party.
Once you complete enrollment, PayZen will debit your first monthly payment within 24-48 hours.

If you converted your plan to PayZen, your balance with Fairview in MyChart will now show as paid. It is your responsibility to continue paying your plan to PayZen.
PayZen is M Health Fairview’s most affordable option. If you want to pay Fairview directly, you’ll be required to pay your balance in full, or set up a short term plan under 24 months.
If you stop making payments, your balance will be returned to Fairview and you will own the remaining amount in full. Failure to pay could result in your balance getting sent to a collection agency.
