Preregistration is the act of gathering and checking as much patient information as possible before your appointment or hospital visit. This includes your personal details and insurance information. While you may still need to fill out more paperwork, preregistration makes it easier and faster to check in and ensure that your visits are billed appropriately. Preregistration isn’t required for every type of visit (for example, a visit with a physician at a non-hospital clinic), but it is required for surgeries or hospital stays.
Save time and pre-register when required for your appointment type! New patients can conveniently provide all necessary information using our comprehensive pre-registration form, ensuring a quicker check-in experience.
