Minnesota Monthly honors 60 M Health Fairview providers as ‘Top Doctors for Women’
As women across the nation wonder what the future of medical care looks like, we’re proud that more than 60 M Health Fairview physicians were recognized by Minnesota Monthly as “Top Doctors for Women.”
Minnesota Monthly asks thousands of licensed physicians from the 11-county Twin Cities metro area and Olmsted County: “If you or a loved one needed medical care, which doctor would you recommend?” Respondents can nominate up to three doctors other than themselves. The providers who are named most often by their peers are recognized as “Top Doctors.”
“Compassionate care is at the heart of what we do at M Health Fairview,” said Jaya Kumar, MD, MBA, a board-certified internist and nephrologist and chief medical officer with Fairview Health Services. “For women, it means recognizing their unique health needs, listening to their concerns, and treating them with respect. By fostering trust and empathy, we can empower women to achieve their best health outcomes."
