About Us
M Health Fairview EMS is an accomplished, not for profit medical transportation service that continually strives to deliver the best results, patient care, and service excellence. Established in 1910, M Health Fairview EMS has partnered with local communities to care for those who live, work, and visit our neighborhoods by providing emergency care and transport, as well as promoting wellness and healthcare diversity by supporting community groups and events.
Providing more than 60,000 patient responses annually, M Health Fairview EMS is a proven, comprehensive agency, providing both emergent and non-emergent transports of patients throughout the state of Minnesota.
Our headquarters and primary base of operation is a state-of-the-art facility located on St Paul’s eastside. It houses our technologically advanced Communications and Dispatch Center, Classroom and skills labs, administrative support, staff wellness areas and an industry leading Vehicle Services and Repair center.
