Depending on how many patients are registered and currently being cared for, the location may need to close early and stop seeing new patients. 

If you come to an Urgent Care location that is at capacity, you will still be triaged for life threatening illness or injury. If the Urgent Care location is unable to safely care for you due to capacity issues, you may be referred to another care option.
