Our emergency medicine physicians, nurses, and medical staff can treat patients with any type of injury or emergency medical need. Our Ridges Hospital emergency care team is also highly experienced caring for children and teens. In fact, a portion of our emergency department is dedicated to pediatric patients. Ridges also has a pediatric inpatient unit staffed by pediatric hospitalists who are ready to provide high-quality care in a child-friendly setting. Child-Family Life specialists are available in the emergency department in the evenings, and they’re often available to assist during the day, as well.
