Fairview Compounding Pharmacy (A part of M Health Fairview) provides extensive compounding and consulting services with expert staff, high quality standards, local production, and free delivery for optimal patient care and convenience.

Our Services

• Wide variety of compounded medications (see examples)
• Most insurance plans are accepted. Pharmacy staff will determine if your insurance will cover the medication.
• Free delivery to patient’s residence or pick-up at any Fairview Pharmacy.
• Easy refill options including: phone, text, email, app, touch-tone, or voicemail.
• Our state-of the-art compounding facility is USP797/795 compliant with sterile and non-sterile capabilities, experienced staff/pharmacist oversight, and board approved and regulated compounding.
