M Health Fairview Clinic – River Falls is a conveniently located community clinic on Main Street in downtown River Falls that offers comprehensive care for your entire family, through all stages of life. We make everyday care for kids and adults easy, from annual checkups, vaccinations, and sports physicals to treatment for common illnesses, mental health care, women’s health care, and more. For extra convenience, we offer onsite lab services for diagnostic testing or health screening and an urgent care with extended and weekend hours if your health need can’t wait. We are also home to an extensive heart care clinic staffed by expert cardiologists.

M Health Fairview is dedicated to comprehensive, personalized primary care for the whole person and the whole family. If you or your child ever needs specialty care for a serious illness or complex condition, our primary care team can easily refer you to specialty care experts at our network of community hospitals, our flagship academic medical center in Minneapolis, or our dedicated children’s hospital.

Directions:

The M Health Fairview Heart Clinic - River Falls is conveniently situated along Main Street, near the heart of downtown River Falls. From Highway 35, take the exit for Main Street and head north. Follow Main Street to the destination near downtown. The location is one block north of Cascade Street and the University of Wisconsin-River Falls campus.

Parking Information:

Free parking is available. The clinic shares a building with the Family Fresh grocery store. Use the clinic’s parking lot and entrance on the building’s south side.
