M Health Fairview Clinic – Woodwinds is a conveniently located community clinic within the Oak Building on Woodwinds Drive that offers comprehensive care for your entire family, through all stages of life. We make everyday care for kids and adults easy, from annual checkups, vaccinations, and sports physicals to treatment for common illnesses, mental health care, women’s health care, and more. For extra convenience, we offer onsite lab services for diagnostic testing or health screening. If your health need can’t wait, we have an urgent care with extended and weekend hours.

M Health Fairview is dedicated to comprehensive, personalized primary care for the whole person and the whole family. If you or your child ever needs specialty care for a serious illness or complex condition, our primary care team can easily refer you to specialty care experts at nearby M Health Fairview Woodwinds Hospital, our flagship academic medical center in Minneapolis, or our dedicated children’s hospital.

Directions:
M Health Fairview Clinic – Woodbury is located at 1825 Woodwinds Drive in Woodbury, across from M Health Fairview Woodwinds Hospital. This is just south of the Valley Creek Road exit off of Interstate 494.
Parking Information:
Free parking is available. From Valley Creek Road, turn south on Weir Drive, then turn into the main entrance of Woodwinds Health Campus. Take the first left to access the clinic’s parking lot.
