M Health Fairview Ridges Hospital provides outstanding care to the Twin Cities communities located south of the river. We are a 150-bed facility, offering the most advanced emergency, surgery, orthopedic and children's care. We provide emergency services for the entire family, including pediatric emergency care for children. In addition, we offer on-site access to specialists in everything from heart and cancer care to pediatrics and sports medicine. Specialty Care Center Fairview Ridges Hospital has expanded services to provide even more comprehensive, specialized care to the Minnesota River Valley. The Fairview Ridges Specialty Care Center will be home to a day surgery center, an imaging center, a heart center, cardiac rehabilitation, oncology, orthopedic services, a retail pharmacy and a home medical equipment store. The hospital also expanded its services to include a new laboratory, refurbished pediatric unit with larger child- and family-friendly rooms, a new orthopedic spine unit and an observation unit.

Take 35W south and exit to County Road 42. Get into the left-hand lane and turn left (east). Go one-half mile to Nicollet Avenue. Turn left (north) on Nicollet Avenue. Go north to Nicollet Boulevard. Turn right (east) on Nicollet Boulevard. We are one block east on the right-hand side.
From the South (New Prague, Lakeville)
Take 35 north to the east split, 35E, and exit to County Road 42. Turn left (west) on County Road 42 to Nicollet Avenue. Turn right (north) on Nicollet Avenue. Go north to Nicollet Boulevard. Turn right (east) on Nicollet Boulevard. We are one block east on the right-hand side.
From the East via 35E (Eagan, Saint Paul)
Take 35E south to the County Road 42 exit. Turn right on County Road 42. Go west to Nicollet Avenue. Turn right (north) on Nicollet Avenue to Nicollet Boulevard. Turn right (east) on Nicollet Boulevard. We are one block east on the right-hand side.
From the East via Highway 13 (Eagan, Saint Paul)
Take Highway 13 west to Nicollet Avenue. Turn left (south) on Nicollet Avenue to Nicollet Boulevard. Turn left (east) on Nicollet Boulevard. We are one block east on the right-hand side.
From the West via Highway 13 (Savage, Shakopee)
Take Highway 13 east to Nicollet Avenue. Turn right (south) on Nicollet Avenue to Nicollet Boulevard. Turn left (east) on Nicollet Boulevard. We are one block east on the right-hand side.
General Patient and Visitor Parking
If you are visiting a patient admitted to the hospital, attending a meeting or seminar, or receiving outpatient infusion or radiation therapy services, park in the hospital's front lot. Enter from Nicollet Boulevard. As you approach the front of the hospital, look for the Visitor Parking sign on your right and turn there.
Do not park in the lot located to the left of the hospital's front entrance. This lot is reserved for physicians and is monitored by security. Signs are posted and easily visible.
Emergency Patient Parking
The emergency room entrance and parking area are located at the back of the hospital. From Nicollet Boulevard, turn south on Fairview Drive, which runs along the west side of the hospital. Follow Fairview Drive to the very last driveway on your left. You will see the emergency room door ahead. Park anywhere it is convenient, unless the parking spaces are otherwise noted.
Surgery Patient Parking
The entrance for the surgery center lobby is at the back of the hospital, on the southeast side.
Approaching from the east: Enter the parking lot of the Ridgeview Medical Building (303 East Nicollet Boulevard) and drive straight south, past the medical building and around the rear of the hospital. The surgery center entrance features a patient drop-off driveway and reserved parking for surgery patients in the lot directly across from the surgery center door.
Approaching from the west: Turn south on Fairview Drive, which runs along the west side of the hospital. Follow Fairview Drive to the very last driveway on your left. Proceed past the emergency entrance and continue driving along the rear of the hospital. You will see the surgery center entrance on your left. Reserved parking for surgery patients is located directly across from the surgery center door.
