M Health Fairview Urgent Care - Andover

If you, a child, or a family member is sick or injured, the last thing you want to do is wait to see a doctor. Urgent care is a convenient alternative when your regular clinic is closed, or you can't see your doctor as soon as you would like. M Health Fairview Urgent Care is for non-emergency problems such as: allergic reactions, minor illnesses, ear infections, sprains, minor wounds needing stitches, minor burns, and more. People of all ages, from infants to older adults, can be treated in our urgent care locations. You do not need to be a regular M Health Fairview patient. No appointment is necessary. If you are experiencing an emergency, please call 9-1-1 or visit one of our emergency rooms.

Let us know you or a family member is coming by using the On My Way feature in the M Health Fairview App, on our website, or on MyChart. This feature will let you tell us why you need care, see a list of wait times at various urgent care locations, and reserve a place in line based on the arrival time you select.

If you let us know you are coming through On My Way, you can wait in the comfort of your own home until your estimated arrival time. When you arrive, head to the front desk and you’ll receive care as quickly as possible. Please note that estimated times are subject to change. If you arrive more than 30 minutes after your planned arrival time, your reservation will be cancelled and you will be treated as a new arrival.
