M Health Fairview Urgent Care is for non-emergency problems such as: Sore throats and minor illnesses Infections Sprains and fractures, cuts, bruises and burns. You do not need to be a regular Fairview patient. No appointment is necessary. If you are experiencing an emergency, please call 9-1-1 or visit one of our emergency rooms. Let us know you’re coming by using the On My Way feature in the M Health Fairview App, website or MyChart. This feature will let you tell us why you are coming in, see a list of wait times, let us know you are on your way and reserve a place in line based on the arrival time you select.
If you let us know you are coming through On My Way, you can wait in the comfort of your own home until your estimated arrival time. When you arrive, head to the front desk and you’ll receive care as quickly as possible. Please note that estimated times are subject to change and if you arrive more than 30 minutes after your planned arrival time, your reservation will be cancelled and you will be treated as a new arrival.
