We provide you with education and resources about your anemia therapy. We work with you to monitor your lab values, hemoglobin and iron, so your anemia therapy can be adjusted as needed. Our anemia medication monitoring team is comprised of pharmacists, nurses and certified pharmacy technicians, all working together to help you stay healthy and active. A referral from your physician to anemia medication monitoring is required.
