Direction of preference

Sometimes, you need to get moving in the right direction. If you’ve found that there are certain movements or positions that make you feel better or worse, this type of therapy can be beneficial. Hands on treatment

Sometimes, your back just has to get moving faster. We have Physical Therapists with advanced training in mobilization and/or manipulation. They are trained to assess where you could move better and apply hands-on treatments that will help speed your recovery along.

Core stabilization

Sometimes, you just need to get stronger. Core strengthening is one of the few treatments known to decrease the risk of your back pain coming back. Our therapists are ready to develop a core strengthening program that will decrease your pain and get you back to your active life. Pain relieving modalities

Traditional physical therapy modalities including ultrasound and hot/cold therapy are sometimes used as a complement to the treatments listed above. Our physical therapists may include dry needling in your treatment plan.
