Diagnosis and Treatment
We understand that there is more to weight management than just eating less and exercising more. As we assess your family’s situation to design a unique treatment plan, we will take into account all the contributing factors that impact weight. This includes a thorough review of all medical issues as well as any environmental and psychological concerns that may be contributing to weight status. The overall goal is to help you and your family achieve and maintain a long-term healthy weight in order to optimize physical and mental health. We offer a variety of treatments, including:

• Dietary education and support
• Exercise capacity evaluation and prescription 
• Medication review and/or targeted medication treatment 
• Psychological counseling 
• Referral to and coordination with other medical specialties, including sleep medicine, cardiology, pulmonology and psychiatry
• Referral to rehab therapy as appropriate, including physical therapy, lymphedema therapy
