A Behavioral Health Clinician is a licensed mental health professional who can help when behaviors, stress, worries or emotional concerns about physical or other life problems are interfering with a person’s daily life and/or overall health. At M Health Fairview, integrated care is a team sport. The BHC and your Primary Care Provider work together to care for you by considering the physical, behavioral and emotional aspects of your health concerns. They partner with you to determine a care plan to support your whole health that will work best for you. We are here when you need us. Services may include: a comprehensive assessment, brief psychotherapy interventions, information, resources and referrals, and coordination and continuity of care with your primary care team.

Conditions treated include: Depression, anxiety, worry, panic, stress management, mood disorders, grief and loss, relationship and parenting concerns, coping with a new or chronic condition, substance use concerns.
