You will be connected with one of our care coordinators, who have received special training from our community partner to better understand and meet the needs of the transgender and non-binary community. They can help schedule appointments in both primary and specialty care and can be your advocate in our health care system to make sure you are getting the care that you need.

Optionally, you can also participate in research to improve care in our system. The research survey will be linked in the enrollment form if you are interested in participating.
