We serve adolescents ages 12 to 19, who do not require 24-hour observation and intervention to remain safe in the community and have mental health and substance use concerns.
Having an assessment is an important first step in making a correct diagnosis and determining the best way to care for each patient. Our treatment teams utilize not only patient information, but also the information shared by their family and support system. This allows for accurate diagnoses, education, appropriate support, and effective intervention.
Video and telephone visits available, with immediate openings and same-day visits. Call 1-800-468-3120 to schedule.

Intensive Outpatient Treatment
Intensive outpatient treatment includes 3.5 hours of group therapy and two hours of academic instruction every weekday. Therapy includes learning coping strategies, communication skills, cognitive behavioral strategies, dialectical behavioral skills, relapse prevention, psychoeducation, and other individualized care as needed. Patients also have individual therapy, and they and their loved ones participate in weekly family therapy sessions. Patients see our onsite psychiatric provider for medication management to evaluate medication efficacy as well as possible changes.
Continuing Care
Our continuing care program is for patients who have completed a primary treatment program and is designed as a step down in care to support patients and families in maintaining the new behaviors learned in treatment. This structured program may include family, individual, and group therapy.
Family Involvement
Family involvement is a vital component of our program. Family members are asked to participate in the assessment and treatment process and provide youth with the support they need to improve their mental health and recognize the harmful role chemical use has played in their lives. We encourage open communication throughout the treatment process and help families learn how to effectively support their child.
