Mental Health Intensive Outpatient Program provides a group-based approach to help stabilize your symptoms and improve your overall ability to cope with life stressors.
Schedule: Monday through Friday; 3 hours/day; 4 days/week for approximately 9 weeks
Our approach
Often a step-down from or alternative to partial or inpatient psychiatric hospitalization
Groups focus on psychotherapy, education, and skill development facilitated by a team of licensed mental health professionals/psychotherapists
Patients meet individually with a psychologist, nurse practitioner or a psychiatrist
