Dual Disorder Program offers services to individuals experiencing both mental health and substance use disorders. The Dual Disorder Program provides a group-based approach to help stabilize your symptoms and improve your overall ability to cope with life stressors.
Dual Disorder Day Treatment Program Schedule: Monday through Friday; 3 hours/day; 4 days/week for approximately 6-8 weeks.
Dual Disorder Intensive Treatment Program Schedule: Monday through Friday; 3 hours/day; 4 days/week for approximately 6-8 weeks.
Our approach
Adult Dual Disorder Program: Combined mental health and substance use approach.
- Mental Health is the primary diagnosis, and both conditions are treated equally
- The program is abstinence-based and patients share a common goal to discontinue the use of all substances
- Most insurance will cover one of our two models of care: Intensive Outpatient Program and Adult Day Treatment
- All services are group-based and include psychotherapy with a mental health professional. Depending on the model of care, services may also include provider visits, medication management and/or a multi-disciplinary team with Occupational Therapists and Registered Nurses.
